My team and I developed and recently launched an enterprise-grade ServiceNow ITSM platform for Environment and Climate Change Canada, now serving 500+ employees with the aim to centralize incident tracking, service requests, and to automate workflows. The project has now moved into the maintenance and continuous-improvement phase.
