Environment and Climate Change Canada
My team and I developed and launched an ITSM platform for Environment and Climate Change Canada, now serving 10,000+ employees with the aim to centralize incident tracking, service requests, and to automate workflows. I also worked on a virtual agent that uses NLP to handle user requests, the first of its kind in the department.
